Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

CERN employees and users, as well as their family members, are not eligible to register.

By registering for the CERN Photowalk 2025, you indicate that, if selected, you will travel to CERN (near Geneva, Switzerland) for the day of Tuesday 27 May 2025 and attend the event in person. You are responsible for your own expenses and logistics for travel, accommodation, and other costs. Lunch on the day will be provided.

You will need to bring a passport or equivalent travel document with you that matches the information provided on the application form, both for identity verification purposes and because you may cross the border between Switzerland and France during the event.

Photos will be taken at this event, both by CERN and other participants of the CERN Photowalk. By registering to the CERN Photowalk, you give your consent to appear in any photos taken at the event that CERN decides to use or that are used by any third parties.
