Applicants must be at least 18 years old. CERN employees and users, as well as their family members, are not eligible to register.

By registering for the 2020 CERN Photowalk, you indicate that, if selected, you will travel to CERN, Meyrin (near Geneva) for the day of Tuesday 2 June 2020 and attend the event in person. You are responsible for your own expenses and logistics for travel, accommodation, and other costs, however lunch on the day will be provided.

CERN is not responsible for loss or damage incurred as a result of any participant’s attendance at this event, or if the event is cancelled with limited or no notice. You will need to bring a passport or equivalent travel document with you that matches the information provided on the application form, both for identity verification purposes and because you may cross the border between Switzerland and France during the event.

Photos will be taken at this event, both by CERN and other participants on the Photowalk. By registering for this CERN Photowalk you give your consent to appear in any photos taken at the event that CERN decides to use or that are used by any third parties.
